A healthy Tuna and Avocado salad
Ingredients
Tuna Mix
- 1/4 Cup Canned Tuna
- 1 Tblspoon Mayonnaise Can sub vegan mayo, sour cream, etc.
- 1 tsp Toasted Pine Nuts
- 1 Tblspoon Spicy Curry Popcorn and More
Salad Fixings
- 2 Ounces Spring Mix
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Slices Tomato
- 1/2 Grilled Avocado

TunaMix
- Add mayo and pine nuts to mixing bowl Mix well. Add Tuna and mix leaving a chunky texture. Place mixture on Grilled Avocado.
Salad
- Toss Spring Mix with Oil and Vinegar. Place on serving plate. Lay 2 slices of tomato and the stuffed avocado on top. Sprinkle Spicy Curry flavored seasoning all over.
