  1. Melt coconut oil over low heat in sauce pan. Add garlic and caramelize. Turn off flame and add Vegan Popcorn and More Seasoning. Brush lightly onto Artichoke halves. Grill over open flame for 3-5 minutes. Remove to plate and brush generously with coconut oil mixture. Be sure to get all the tasty garlic on there. Dust with a bit more of Vegan Popcorn and More Seasoning. Relax and Enjoy!

  1. Heat a large, heavy bottom pot over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and let it completely melt. Once the oil is completely melted put a few kernels into the pan and wait for them to pop. This helps determine when the oil is heated enough to popping. Add the rest of the kernels. Once the kernels begin popping start to shake every 10 seconds or so until you hear the popping slow down. When the popping slows down to a pop every 2-3 seconds remove the pan from heat and continuously shake for another 10-20 seconds. This helps the popcorn at the bottom from burning. Remove popcorn to a bowl. Return pan to low heat and add 2 Tblspoon butter flavored oil to pan. Heat until melted. Mix well with popcorn. Add 2 Tblspoons of Vegan Popcorn and More Seasoning. Mix well .
