- 1 whole Pita Shell Cut into 4 equal pieces
- 4 teaspoon Spicy Curry Hummus 1 teaspoon spread on each pita piece
- 2 ounce Roasted or poached chicken breast Shredded
- 4 pinches lightly dressed Spring Mix a lite balsamic viniagrette works well
- 4 1/4 teaspoon each diced cucumber Toss in with Sping Mix
- 2 cut in half Cherry Tomatoes Toss in with Spring Mix
- 1/2 tespoon Spicy Curry Popcorn and More Seasoning to finish

- Toast Pita bread. Cut Pita int 4 quarters. Spread1 teaspoon of Hummus onto each 1/4 piece of Pita. Top with pinch of salad mix. Top that with shredded chicken. Sprinkle Spicy curry seasoning over chicken to taste. Relax and enjoy!
